Onze vereisten:

Je hebt een aankoop gedaan via de Original Räder Ebay Shop en je hebt je factuur.
Je kunt binnen 48 uur na aankoop via de Original Räder Ebay Shop een goedkoper aanbod van een commerciële dealer vinden (geen privéverkoop!).
Het aanbod was gericht op eindgebruikers en had betrekking op individuele goederen. Er waren ook geen volumekortingen van concurrenten.
Het aankoopaanbod dat voor u beschikbaar is, is openbaar toegankelijk en was niet gebaseerd op speciale voorwaarden, speciale aanbiedingen, verkoop, opslag en / of uitverkoop, individueel onderhandelde speciale prijzen en duidelijk onjuiste aanbiedingen (bijv. herkenbare typefouten).
Het goedkopere aanbod kan daadwerkelijk worden besteld, d.w.z. onder andere geen verkeerde voorstelling van zaken.
Het artikel had dezelfde beschikbaarheid of levertijd bij concurrenten.
Er zijn geen verschillen in het goedkope aanbod voor ons, zoals leeftijd van banden en velgen, type banden, merk en staat van velgen en banden. Er kunnen ook geen verschillen zijn met de uiteindelijke prijzen, d.w.z. de prijzen inclusief alle extra kosten (btw, verzend- en bezorgkosten).

Voorwaarden voor de bandengarantie
1. Onderwerp van de bandengarantie
1.1. Een verleende bandengarantie dekt alleen de banden vermeld op de verkoopfacturen van Originalräder 24 GmbH, op voorwaarde dat ze worden verkocht met een minimale profieldiepte van 4 mm en een leeftijd van minder dan vier jaar vanaf de fabricagedatum (DOT-nummer) en, indien verkocht, van de originele Wheels 24 GmbH wordt ook uitdrukkelijk een bandengarantie verleend. De bandengarantie heeft uitdrukkelijk geen betrekking op velgen of andere wielonderdelen, zoals bevestigingen, ophangingen, remmen, enz., maar alleen op de band zelf.
1.2. De bandengarantie wordt gratis verleend.
1.3. Bij aankoop van een band van Original Wheels 24 GmbH heeft u geen recht op bandengarantie. De bandengarantie ontstaat daarom alleen als deze uitdrukkelijk wordt verleend en wordt verleend samen met de complete set wielen die is verkocht op het moment van aankoop bij Originalräder 24 GmbH.
2. Omvang van de bandengarantie
2.1. Van de bandengarantie ontvangt de claimant de volgende voordelen bij een onvoorziene lekke band veroorzaakt door invloeden van buitenaf (waaronder alleen bandenschade als gevolg van het over/tegen een object rijden (inclusief stoepranden), inrijden op een scherp object en barsten een band):
a) een reparatie, d.w.z. onderhoud van de beschadigde band is mogelijk:
(1) Als de reparatie wordt uitgevoerd door Originalräder 24 GmbH:
Krediet voor de gemaakte reparatiekosten voor het repareren van de schade aan de band tot een maximum van € 100,- inclusief btw. Er is geen recht op betaling van een geldsom, dus als de reparatiekosten lager zijn dan € 100,- worden alleen de reparatiekosten gecrediteerd
(2) Als de reparatie niet wordt uitgevoerd door Originalräder 24 GmbH:
Krediet op de oorspronkelijke aankoopprijs van de beschadigde band (verkoopfactuur van Original Wheels 24 GmbH) ter hoogte van de gemaakte reparatiekosten voor de reparatie van de beschadigde band tot een maximum van € 100,- inclusief btw. De betaling van het te crediteren bedrag aan de eiser is afhankelijk van de indiening en verzending van de reparatiefactuur van de reparatiewerkplaats door de eiser door de eiser aan Originalräder 24 GmbH.
b) een reparatie, d.w.z. onderhoud van de beschadigde band, is niet mogelijk:
Krediet van een geldsom ter waarde van de waarde die uit de volgende tabel blijkt voor elke beschadigde band, ingedeeld volgens de profieldiepte en de leeftijd van de band (op basis van de fabricagedatum - DOT-nummer), maar een maximaal 500 € op de prijs voor de aankoop van een nieuwe Banden van Original Wheels 24 GmbH:

Meer dan 7,9 mm resterend profiel op het moment van schade: 100% van de aankoopprijs van de oude band, max. 12 maanden oud
Meer dan 7,0 mm resterend profiel op het moment van schade: 80% van de aankoopprijs van de oude band, max. 24 maanden oud
Meer dan 6,0 mm resterend profiel op het moment van schade: 60% van de aankoopprijs van de oude band, max. 36 maanden oud
Meer dan 5,0 mm resterend profiel op het moment van schade: 40% van de aankoopprijs van de oude band, max. 48 maanden oud
Meer dan 4,0 mm resterend profiel op het moment van schade: 20% van de aankoopprijs van de oude band, max. 60 maanden oud

2.2. Een andere voorwaarde voor een garantie volgens paragraaf 2.1.b) is dat als de oude band beschadigd is die niet gerepareerd kan worden, een nieuwe band van hetzelfde type (zelfde model) uitsluitend bij Originalräder 24 GmbH wordt gekocht en verkregen. In dat geval wordt het te vergoeden geldbedrag overeenkomstig paragraaf 2.1.b) verrekend of verrekend met de aankoopprijs van de nieuwe band(en). In dit geval aankoop van nieuwe banden wordt de aankoopprijs van de band uitsluitend gecrediteerd en gecrediteerd, niet op eventueel bestelde of in rekening gebrachte bijkomende diensten, zoals montagekosten, leveringskosten, enz. Eiser, ook als het kredietbedrag bepaald in volgens bovenstaande tabel (paragraaf 2.1.b) hoger is dan de aankoopprijs voor de nieuwe band(en).
2.3. Alle diensten uit de bandengarantie hebben altijd alleen betrekking op de band(en) die beschadigd zijn door een garantiegebeurtenis, maar niet op onbeschadigde banden, ook niet als deze op dezelfde as staan en/of ook worden vervangen als gevolg van een andere profieldiepte waardoor van reparatie of vervanging Behoefte te worden.
2.4. Diensten van de bandengarantie zijn uitgesloten in de volgende gevallen:

Bandenschade wanneer het voertuig wordt gebruikt door een onbevoegde bestuurder
Opzettelijke bandenschade
Bandenschade veroorzaakt door oorlog, oorlogsachtige gebeurtenissen, burgeroorlog, revolutie, rebellie, opstand of bevelen van hoge autoriteiten, burgerlijke onrust, aardbevingen, kernenergie, nucleaire straling of radioactieve stoffen
Bandenschade door ontwerp-, fabricage- of materiaalfouten
Bandenschade door gebruiksgerelateerde normale of gebruiksgerelateerde voortijdige slijtage of veroudering of vervuiling
Bandenschade, voor zover een derde partij als toeleverancier (fabrikant of dealer / specialistisch bedrijf), aannemer of uit een reparatieopdracht hiervoor verantwoordelijk is
Bandenschade die de fabrikant of het gespecialiseerde bedrijf op zich neemt als onderdeel van de garantie of service
Bandenschade door weersinvloeden
Bandenschade die optreedt terwijl de band wordt gemonteerd
Bandenschade of bandverlies door diefstal
Bandenschade of verlies van banden door vandalisme

2.5. De diensten van de bandengarantie zijn beperkt tot de diensten vermeld in paragraaf 2.1.
2.6. De diensten van de bandengarantie zijn verschuldigd wanneer de bepalingen van Original Wheels 24 GmbH met betrekking tot de servicevereisten van de bandengarantie en het bedrag van de service zijn voltooid en de eiser alle benodigde bewijsstukken heeft ingediend en verstrekt (met name een aankoopbewijs voor de banden verkocht met bandengarantie) alle vragen heeft beantwoord en informatie heeft verstrekt die nodig is in verband met het bepalen van de prestatie-eis. In dit verband is de eiser in het bijzonder verplicht om Original Wheels 24 GmbH onmiddellijk op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele bandenschade, de beschadigde banden te bewaren totdat ze zijn geïnspecteerd en beoordeeld door Original Wheels 24 GmbH en deze ter beschikking te stellen aan Original Wheels 24 GmbH voor inspectie en beoordeling op verzoek om het schadebeeld zo begrijpelijk mogelijk te documenteren, in het bijzonder om onmiddellijk alle informatie te verstrekken die nodig is om de prestatie-eisen van de bandengarantie vast te stellen door middel van foto's en om eventueel onderzoek naar de oorzaak van de band mogelijk te maken schade en de vraag of de schade te herstellen is.
Als de eiser deze verplichtingen niet nakomt, zijn de garantiediensten niet verschuldigd. In dit geval heeft Original Wheels 24 GmbH de mogelijkheid om de eiser een redelijke termijn te stellen om de openstaande acties uit te voeren, samen met de mededeling dat de garantie vervalt als de gestelde termijn verstrijkt zonder dat de eiser de op hem rustende verplichtingen is nagekomen. Indien de eiser de op hem rustende verplichtingen ondanks het stellen van een termijn en kennisgeving niet binnen de termijn nakomt, vervalt de garantie voor het betreffende garantiegeval.
3. Bandengarantie-eiser
De contractpartner van Original Wheels 24 GmbH bij aankoop van de band die samen met een bandengarantie wordt verkocht, is de eiser van de bandengarantie en de exclusieve begunstigde met betrekking tot de diensten verleend onder de bandengarantie.
De bandengarantie en de garantieclaims zijn niet overdraagbaar. De aanspraken op de diensten uit de bandengarantie kunnen niet worden overgedragen.
4. Garantieperiode
De bandengarantie heeft een looptijd van één jaar, te beginnen met de datum van het aankoopbewijs van de verkochte band met bandengarantie. Een verlenging van de bandengarantie is uitgesloten. De bandengarantie vervalt automatisch na een jaar.
