Wat is betonverf?
Beton is een materiaal dat op vele gebieden wordt gebruikt. Het is goedkoop om te kopen en gemakkelijk te verwerken, maar beton heeft de eigenschap dat het een doffe kleur heeft. Als je dit grijs niet meer ziet, kun je geholpen worden met betonverf. De keuze van de kleuren is onbegrensd. Voor elke wens is er wel een passende, van geel tot zwart, mat of hoogglanzend. De toepassing van betonkleur buiten is eenvoudig te hanteren en met weinig moeite kan een grote verandering worden bereikt.
1. het schoonmaken van het te schilderen oppervlak Vuil zoals schimmel, algen, mos, harsen, oliën of lossingsmiddelen enz. moeten van het oppervlak worden verwijderd. (Met de kleefstriptest kunt u controleren of de vloer moet worden gerepareerd, het enige wat u nodig heeft is een kleefstrip (van bijvoorbeeld Sellotape). Nadat de strook aan de vloer is geplakt en weer is afgescheurd, kunt u zien of er reparatiepogingen moeten worden gedaan. Want als er iets aan de strip is blijven hangen, is werk aan te raden.
2. Schuur elke oude verf en maak deze schoon met warm zeepwater.
3. met een testcoating kan worden gecontroleerd of de ondergrond compatibel is met de betonkleur.
4. als er scheuren of andere beschadigingen in de vloer zijn, moeten deze worden gerepareerd met betonvuller of betonplamuur.
5. de randen bedekken met plakband (bij voorkeur plastic)
6. als de betonverf een primer nodig heeft, moet de vloer worden gecoat met een primer.
7. de hoeken schilderen met een penseel
8. het oppervlak wordt royaal bewerkt met een borstel, verfroller of spuitmachine met gelijkmatige bewegingen
9.. Omdat Als het beton veel vocht opneemt, moet het na de opgegeven droogtijd een tweede keer worden geverfd.
Om tot een succesvolle verwerking te komen, moet aan een aantal zaken speciale aandacht worden besteed. Een bijzonder aspect is de juiste temperatuur, het moet vermeden worden om bij koude temperaturen te werken. Na maximaal twee dagen kan het oppervlak betreden of gebruikt worden.
Een negatieve eigenschap van beton is dat het poreus is en dus onvermijdelijk veel vloeistoffen zoals water opneemt. Beton is ook zeer gevoelig voor weersomstandigheden. Zo kan zonlicht ervoor zorgen dat het beton snel vervaagt. Daarom vraagt beton voor buitengebruik speciale aandacht om ervoor te zorgen dat het zowel duurzaam als mooi is. De basisvereisten voor een goede betonkleur zijn dat het uiterlijk over een lange periode wordt opgefrist. Zoals reeds vermeld, moet er bescherming tegen UV-straling beschikbaar zijn. Door de verf te verven wordt de vloer niet alleen beschermd tegen het weer, maar ook tegen vuil zoals olie, vet enz. De verven moeten een goede dekking hebben en gemakkelijk te gebruiken of aan te brengen zijn.

Wat zijn de alternatieven voor betonverf voor buitengebruik?
Naast de Minerale verf, de betonverf, er is een alternatief voor het betonglazuur (maar ook wel betonglazuur genoemd). Dit is een mineralistisch glazuur, dat lichte kleurpigmenten heeft, maar niet zo dekkend is als de betonverf. De structuur en de reeds bestaande kleur blijft als voorheen. Hier staat de bescherming van het beton centraal. De gemeenschappelijke kenmerken van de betonkleur en het betonglazuur zijn dat ze beide lichtbestendig zijn en dus een optimale verzorgingsmaatregel voor het beton.
Welke fabrikanten zijn er voor betonkleuren?
Er is niet alleen een grote selectie van kleuren, maar ook fabrikanten die kleuren met verschillende functies hebben geproduceerd. Het prijsverschil tussen de fabrikanten is enorm.
