Instructions:

1. Prepare a bowl of warm water, it is better to add coarse salt, and then put your feet into the bubble for more than 10 minutes.

2. Wipe dry, take down your feet and frustrate the places where you feel rough. There will be white crumbs falling off.

3. After cleaning, apply a foot cream (no, hand cream is available instead), wrap it in a foot cover or wrap it in plastic wrap, remove it after 15 minutes, and you will find that your feet are like babies!

4. After use, clean the lame boards of the foot file and flush them with water. Do not immerse the lame boards in the water. Put it in a cool, ventilated place and dry it.
